Situated on the second floor and near to the beach, this spacious condo directly overlooks the pool and beach. It offers sweeping views of beautiful tropical landscaping and Seven Mile Beach.  The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bath and the second bedroom has two queen beds. A roll-a-way bed, highchair or crib can be accommodated.

In all of our oceanfront units, you can choose to stay put to enjoy the magnificent ocean vistas and the full glory of our famous sunsets. Our one and two-bedroom oceanfront condos provide direct views of the white sand of Seven Mile Beach and the sparkling blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. These beachfront condos are at the heart of all activity on the property. The ground floor units offer easy access to the beach and pool areas through their screened lanais. The upper floor condos offer sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, as well as the far reaches of Seven Mile beach - in fact, the higher you go in the building, the better the view.

Our oceanfront condos have modern furnishings, as well as, updated kitchens and bathrooms. All units have fully equipped kitchens and a washer and dryer so you can pack light. Condos offer comfortable bed linens, bathroom toiletries, and quality paper consumables. Bath and beach towels are replenished daily.

Flat-screen TVs are located in both the living area and in each bedroom. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans are standard in each unit. Inclusive in our rental rates is daily housekeeping service provided Monday through Saturday. A variety of pool and beach toys are freely available for use at the pool/beach area, making it easy for families to enjoy the beach and water.

Our units also offer free local calls to schedule island tours, order pizza, or simply make a dinner reservation. Plantana Condos on Seven Mile Beach also offer free high-speed WiFi, cable TV, and DVD player all to allow you to relax indoors after a long day in the sun and sand.
