Have a question? Just ask! With over 17 years on Grand Cayman, our reservation team can answer any question about the island, or our properties. Our goal is to match you with the best home based on your budget, group size & preferences.
All guests receive our exclusive 48 hour no-obligation hold on reservations. After booking a property, we block your dates & email you a rental contract to sign within 48 hours. If you don’t return the contract, your dates simply roll off the calendar.
YOU'VE GOT MAIL!
We provide email confirmation throughout the entire booking-to-arrival process. We alert you when your dates are blocked, rental contract received, & payments processed.
Step 3: Book your villa
Our rental contracts are emailed securely via DocuSign after you block your dates. Review the terms & provide your electronic signature from virtually anywhere using your mobile device. Once you provide a signed contract your villa reservation is complete.
FRIENDLY CANCELLATION POLICY
Unlike our competition, we offer a guest-friendly cancellation policy that refunds rent, taxes, & fees under certain conditions. Our hurricane cancellation policy is also the most generous throughout the Caribbean.

Silver Thatch Guest Services, our newest venture, launched earlier this year and is a game-changer for our villa guests. Silver Thatch aims to narrow the experience gap between staying at a resort hotel and vacationing in a private villa. By providing a range of complimentary services, on-site amenities, and access to a network of preferred vendors, guests will find the comforts of home easily within reach.
Leave the snorkel gear and baby equipment at home! We know how hard it is to pack everything you may need on vacation. That’s why we provide an array of complimentary check out items to enhance the guest experience.
Upon check in at Silver Thatch, guests can select from a variety of complimentary check out items for use during their stay:
- Scuba Pro snorkel gear
- Apple TVs to stream your favorite shows and movies
- Portable bluetooth speakers to enjoy your favorite tunes and playlists
- Baby equipment from booster seats to baby gates, Pack-n-Plays, and crib sheets
- Beverage coolers, Keurig coffee makers, and other small convenience items
Available free to our guests we only ask that you sign and return all check out items and accept liability for its care and use.
Our newly built welcome center features a 1,300 sq. ft. fitness studio open exclusively to our villa guests 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. With a focus on cardio and strength training our fitness studio is equipped with:
- 2 Landice Treadmills & 2 Ellipticals
- 1 Landice Recumbent Bike & 1 Upright Bike
- 1 BodyCraft Rowing Machine
- 1 BodyCraft All-in-One Universal Gym
- Yoga Flooring
- Dumbbells, benches and smaller gym accessories
Complimentary convenience items include fresh towels, water cooler, storage cubbies and 2 large flat screen TVs with HD programming. The fitness studio’s high ceilings, rubber flooring, oversized ceiling fan, and new HVAC system is guaranteed to keep you cool while you work out.
In the coming months, we will be offering seasonal yoga sessions with Lindsay Correia of White Sand Yoga for guests and villa partners alike.
For guests who need to stay connected to the office, our business center is equipped with everything you could need to print out reports, scan documents, login for a video conference, or even just print out your boarding passes.
The business center is equipped with high-speed internet, 3 iMacs, an all-in-one laser printer and scanner, plus FedEx & DHL shipping materials. Our guest services staff will arrange parcel pick up for guests. Open 7 days a week, our staff can also receive and hold guests packages with advance notice.
The Silver Thatch Discount Card is another added benefit provided to our villa guests. Receive up to 10% off all regularly-priced goods and services from our network of preferred vendors.
Good at participating restaurants throughout the eastern districts plus boat and fishing charters, water sports operators, and at-villa speciality providers (e.g. private chefs, mobile spa & massage, yoga, etc). Just present your Silver Thatch Guest Card at time of payment and your 10% discount will be applied to your final bill. It is our vendor’s way of saying thank-you for your patronage.

Accidents happen and they can be costly. That’s why we extend to all villa guests up to $2,500 in Accidental Damage Protection during their stay.
