All Meridian condos are maintained to perfection and located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.
Unit #1 is a corner unit on the ground floor with 1,900 square feet of living space across three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin beds) each with a private ensuite bath. Easy access to the pool deck and beach makes this unit a big draw.
All units include a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a screened oceanfront terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable loungers.
Satellite TVs are available in the living area and in each bedroom.
Each unit is non-smoking and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Sundays and holidays) and includes beach and bath towel service.
Additional amenities include complimentary wifi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, on-site fitness center access, free underground parking, BBQ grill picnic areas, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a jacuzzi.
Guests do not need to reserve loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning as there are plenty of them to go around. Oceanfront thatched cabanas, beach attendants, and a large grassy pool deck contribute to a "spa-like" atmosphere at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year.
Centrally located on 7 Mile Beach, The Meridian puts guests close to snorkeling and other water sports activities. The Meridian is also within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, spas, and retail shops.
Its location is adjacent to a private and heavily landscaped mansion help to make The Meridian a very secluded location for families.

Another week in Paradise

Wonderful, as always ������We have stayed at the Meridian many times and all have been great. It is a perfect resort in a lovely, lovely location. The places are spacious, clean, quiet, safe, convenient. The pool/beach ate is beautifully landscaped and well kept. It has never been crowded or noisy. Perfect!

Despite respite!
Our short stay was marred by rain, but the stunning villa made up for it. The villa was extremely comfortable, well stocked and beautifully appointed. When the rain stopped, we could not get enough of the peaceful and well manicured pool area and of course the beach. Thanks again Meridian team for am awesome stay.
Meridian Unit #1
love the location and convenience but unit is very tired and needs TLC and upgrades - patio furniture coming apart, dirt on walls, poor water pressure and hot water, not hot water in kitchen. Perfect location and great potential but owners/property manager need to pay more attention. AC turned off for service yet we were not advised.
Absolutely the best staycation venue on island!!!!
I would so highly recommend this property for a vacation get away. We were so happy with everything and it created such a wonderful atmosphere for our family. We are definitely returning again soon! Lee and her team are the best at what they do!!

We had a fantastic time. The condo was spacious, clean and dated. The patio was perfect for sunrise and sunsets. The beach in that area is beautiful, the cabana provided really good shade. The whole family enjoyed the pool area . We also enjoyed the close proximity to the liquor store, and the nearby restaurants. Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

This was our 3rd time renting at the Meridian. The folks at check-in are marvelous and the grounds and unit were in excellent condition. The location of the Meridian is what makes the property work for us. There is a grocery store across the street, and a number of restaurants within a short walk. Beach is beautiful, and unlike the nearby hotels, there are always lounge chairs available. I believe that due to the limited number of rental units, it is also very quiet (we were probably the loudest). We have already booked for 2020.

We have been to Puerto Rico, Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen, etc. for beach vacations and this is our favorite spot for many reasons! Seven Mile Beach is absolutely beautiful! The first step out on the beach was a feeling of relaxed and quiet. The condo was very well appointed and the first floor convenience was great. We loved our vacation at The Meridian in Cayman! - An additional guest surcharge of $75/night will be added for the 7th guest; rollaway bed provided.
- A $375 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Easter weekend.
- A $200 nightly surcharge is added on stays over Christmas & New Year's week.
Booking Rules
- Discover, Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.

Getting Around
A rental car is not needed, as taxi cabs can be relied on to get around. However, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive when venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
