The Meridian on Grand Cayman is a collection of 22 luxury condos in 2 and 3-bedroom configurations with spectacular views of Seven Mile Beach.
Only two 2-bedroom condos are available for rent. Both are corner units located on the fourth (#20) and fifth (#30) floors. The remaining condos are all 3-bedrooms with over 2,000 square feet of living space.
Each condo at The Meridian on Grand Cayman is individually decorated and equipped with an oceanfront master suite, ensuite bath, a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, central air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with cable programming, free WiFi, a full laundry room, and a screened-in patio or balcony. All units are non-smoking.
On-site amenities at The Meridian include a large oceanfront infinity pool with heated spa, picnic BBQ areas with four propane grills, a fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights, plus secure underground parking and elevators servicing every floor.
The Meridian's hospitality staff works tirelessly to keep the property spotless and the beach areas immaculate. Daily housekeeping is provided throughout your stay except on Sundays and major holidays.
Beach service is also provided daily with friendly beach attendants setting up chaise lounges, umbrellas, and towels for a relaxing day on the beach.

- Check-out: 11:00 am.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
- No check-ins on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- Full payment due at time of booking on reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
- Guests are responsible for any and all damages to the condo.
- All units are designated non-smoking. Any indication of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No parties, weddings, or private events without prior written consent from the manager.
- We ask all guests to be considerate while using the pool, or on their patios, by keeping noise to a minimum.
