The luxuriously over-sized oceanfront condos at the Beachcomber in Grand Cayman range from 1,800 to 3,200 square feet. Each offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, cool tiled floors and panoramic views of 7 Mile Beach. Most units have screened panels for their balcony or patio and some larger units also have an open-air sundeck.

Inside the oceanfront apartments, the housekeeping staff ensures the Beachcomber competes with the best hotels, offering fancy soaps, terry cloth robes, hair dryers, WiFi access, high chairs, pack-n-plays and and ipod docking station as well.

Check-in time is at 4PM; Check-out time is by 11AM
  • Deposit is refundable 30 days or more prior to occupancy (April 16 - December 14 - LESS cc processing fee)
  • Deposit is refundable 60 days or more prior to occupancy (January 3 - April 15 - LESS cc processing fee)
  • Deposit is refundable 120 days or more prior to occupancy (December 15 - January 4) - LESS cc processing fee)

 

Additional terms:

$200/night surcharge added to nightly rate for Christmas and new Year's Weeks

Guests are responsible for damages to the condominium. Damage deposit will be held upon check-in

All units are designated non-smoking and if there is any evidence of smoking, you will be charged a fee of US$250.00 for cleaning.

No Pets are allowed in the property (NO EXCEPTIONS).

No parties, weddings, etc. are allowed on the property without prior written consent. We ask that all guests be considerate while at the pool or on their patios, please keep noise to a minimum.
