Inside the oceanfront apartments, the housekeeping staff ensures The Beachcomber competes with the best hotels, offering fancy soaps, terry cloth robes, hair dryers, WiFi access, high chairs, pack-n-plays and an iPod docking station as well.

Deposit

  • For short stays, 1-3 days: full payment due at booking.
  • For extended stays, 4 days or longer: 50% of room rate due at booking.
  • Extra person charge is $75/night.  A roll-away bed will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit is refundable, less a credit card processing fee, on bookings made April 16 - December 15 with 30 days notice prior to arrival.
  • Deposit is refundable, less a credit card processing fee, on bookings made January 3 - April 15, or November 16 - 27 with 60 days notice prior to arrival.
  • Deposit is refundable, less a credit card processing fee, on bookings made December 16 - January 2 less a credit card processing fee.

Additional terms:

  • $200/night surcharge added to nightly rate for Christmas and New Year's Weeks
  • Guests are responsible for damages to the condominium. Damage deposit will be held upon check-in
  • All units are designated non-smoking. Any indication of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
  • No Pets are allowed in the property (NO EXCEPTIONS).
  • No parties, weddings, etc. are allowed on the property without prior written consent. We ask that all guests be considerate while at the pool, or on their patios.  Please keep noise to a minimum.
