Each offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, cool tiled floors and panoramic ocean views. Most units have screened panels for their balcony or patio and some larger units also have an open-air sundeck.
Inside the oceanfront apartments, the housekeeping staff ensures The Beachcomber competes with the best hotels, offering fancy soaps, terry cloth robes, hair dryers, WiFi access, high chairs, pack-n-plays and an iPod docking station as well.

- Guests are responsible for damages to the condominium. Damage deposit will be held upon check-in
- All units are designated non-smoking. Any indication of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee
- No Pets are allowed in the property (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- No parties, weddings, etc. are allowed on the property without prior written consent. We ask that all guests be considerate while at the pool, or on their patios. Please keep noise to a minimum
