Each condo comes fully-equipped with a gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, free WiFi, flat-screen cable TVs, and a private oceanfront terrace overlooking Seven Mile Beach.
On-site amenities include an oceanfront infinity pool with two whirlpool spas, picnic BBQ areas with propane grills, a fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights, plus secure underground parking and dual elevators servicing every floor.

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay
- 3 night minimum stay during May, August, October, November (excluding Thanksgiving week)
- 5 night minimum stay during June and July
- 5 night minimum stay during Winter Season (except March)
- 7 night minimum stay during peak Holiday Season (Dec 18 – Jan 1) and Spring Break (March)
- Guests are responsible for all damages. A refundable damage deposit of $500 will be held upon check-in
- All units are non-smoking. Any indication of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee
- No pets are permitted on the property
- No parties, weddings, etc. are allowed on the property without prior written consent.
- We ask that all guests be considerate while enjoying the pool, or on their patios and keep noise to a minimum.
- 50% deposit required at time of booking; remaining balance due 7-10 days prior to arrival
- For short stays of 1-3 days: full payment due at booking
- For extended stays of 4 days or longer: 50% due at booking
- $500 refundable damages deposit taken upon check-in
If your plans change and you need to cancel, please advise us immediately. Cancellations made in advance, as outlined below, will have their deposit refunded:
- Summer Season: April 15-December 15. Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund.
- Winter Season: January 02-April 14. Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund.
- Holiday Season: December 16-January 01. Cancel 120 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund.
If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds for shortened stays within the cancellation period.
