Sponsored by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, Food & Wine Magazine and the Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman, this annual event is the greatest artisanal tradition in the Caribbean.

Tastings, tours, and dinners are but a few of the fun events planned for today through January 15th.

There’s a Barefoot BBQ at the Royal Palms tomorrow (Friday) night where these famous chefs will light up their grills on the beach with live music.    Chef Tim Love and the Flavors of Texas on Saturday night, January 15th and the Bon Vivant Amateur Chef Competition Brunch on Sunday, January 15th Sponsored by Kirk Market are also sure to be a good time, not to mention great dining.
