The stay at Seascape was wonderful. The house was beautiful, the location could not have been better, and Yuri provided great service while we were there. Also, the recommendations that we received for charter boat, car rental, bus transport, chef services, and restaurants all worked out well. My family, old and young, had a great time. My 5-year-old granddaughter said that we should return to Grand Cayman for all future family events. Thank you so much.
Exceptional Stay and Service

A group of nine of us stayed at Seascape the last week of May, 2015. The property was exceptionally clean and suited us perfectly. There was more than enough space in the home so that it never felt cramped. At no point did we feel that the property was lacking anything that we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. We were also traveling with an 18 month old, so finding a safe location with kid-friendly beach was paramount. The house and the beach area were both ideal. The water was calm and shallow enough so that the little one could play (with lots of supervision).
Additionally, I cannot speak highly enough about the property manager, Yuri. Firstly, he allowed us to drop off our luggage while the cleaning crew was still readying the property for our visit. This allowed us time to do some grocery shopping, which was important as we arrived on Saturday and EVERYTHING is closed on Sunday. We also had an unfortunate incident where we had set the home alarm and one of our group opened a door, triggering the system. When we did not respond quickly to Yuri’s call on the provided local cell phone, both he and the Caymanian police arrived at the home. While I was certainly embarrassed about inconveniencing both Yuri and the police, the situation was resolved quickly and without further incident. I’m sure Yuri has to deal with this kind of thing frequently, but the way he handled it was wonderful and much appreciated.
Awesome Home, Awesome Owners

We just returned from an amazing vacation on Grand Cayman! Ironically, this was the first time we rented a home through VRBO, despite advertising two of our own lake homes on the site that we rent out. That madness stops now!
Three families were already booked at the Marriott, when we came across the house online. We decided to cancel our reservations at the hotel and try renting this home that looked too good to be true on the website.
It only took 30 seconds upon arrival to realize that Sea Scape is even more impressive in person! The home is located directly on Seven Mile Beach, between the Marriott and Ritz. It was our own little slice of paradise! We had our own lounge chairs on the beach without having to fight the crowds to save a chair each morning. The water is so close, it’s amazing! Staying in this beautiful home gave us the opportunity to eat meals in if we desired. We did this a couple of times, because the sunsets were beautiful!
If any of us had any reservations about whether we picked the right place to stay (which we didn’t), all it took was a walk down the beach to a busy hotel with a very crowded pool and beach. The home is also very close to a Red Sail Watersports desk, so activities were easily planned.
Yuri the house manager is a great guy and was very helpful throughout the week and the owners are as good as it gets to deal with. Two thumbs up to all at Sea Scape!

From Maine, Georgia and Connecticut we came to celebrate a 70th birthday---all 13 of us including 5 grandchildren. What's not to like??!! Gorgeous and spacious villa with a beautiful beach, hot tub, gourmet kitchen and plenty of room to be as one group or to find a private place for quiet moments. Private, yet close to everything. The second floor is huge with a beautiful deck and a great gathering spot for pool, ping pong, or just hanging out. The third floor also has a deck and a hot tub. Beautifully appointed, all amenities and unique interior decor. It felt like home. No worries, just good times. Tough to find a 6-7 bedroom mansion anywhere and this was perfect. Thank you Yuri and the crew. Very very clean and well stocked with supplies. Hope to go back some day and would recommend it to anyone.

Six couples, longtime friends from Nebraska and Texas, spent a week at Seascape and loved every minute of it! There are so many amazing features of this 6 bedroom mansion directly on 7 Mile Beach, that it is impossible to list them all. It is even more outstanding than the pictures depict!
Four of the bedrooms, two on the 1st level, and two on the 2nd level, are huge, beautifully decorated, with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each has a flat screen TV with plenty of closet and storage space. The third level bedrooms share a bathroom with limited storage, and one of the bedrooms is a large loft with no door. Each of these rooms has a private balcony.
The kitchen is very large with every amenity. We prepared several meals and enjoyed the large dining table allowing us all to eat together. There are two icemakers, one in the kitchen and one in the bar area on the second floor. There are two washers and dryers, one in the kitchen and on in a second floor bedroom. They are a bit small, however, considering all the towels and beach towels 12 people can go through. There is also a large grill on the patio.
The beach area is beautiful and very private with plenty of lounge chairs, two kayaks, a paddle board and boogie boards for your use. The two decks provide plenty of seating and have amazing views of 7 Mile Beach and the gorgeous sunsets. The 2nd level deck is shaded and huge. The 3rd level deck is open providing an extra spot for sunning or enjoying the stars at night. There is a hot tub on the 3rd level as well.
The second level inside provided a wonderful gathering area for playing games, watching sports, or enjoying the beautiful view of the Caribbean Ocean. There is an ipod docking station, many comfy chairs, a huge bar area, and pool table.
The Wi-Fi connection was awesome and the cell phone for local calls was very handy. The location is close to the grocery store, the liquor store, many bars and restaurants, or just steps to the street to ri

I could go on forever singing the praises of this house but alas, Vrbo has limited me to 2500 words so I will do my best.
This is a gorgeous, 6-7 bedroom mansion in the middle of the best stretch of Seven Mile Beach. Our group was 5 young couples and we had the time of our lives. There is ample space and most of the bedrooms are suites with massive closets, sitting areas and huge bathrooms. It was like we each had our own private villa within the villa (all with ocean views). We were in Cayman for our wedding so had friends and family come and go during the week. It was not surprising that this house became a sort of home base with the beautiful white sand beach in the backyard, palapas and 10+ lounge chairs to use in addition to a paddle board and 2 kayaks!!
The outdoor areas are expansive with a nice patio on ground floor (with grill) and huge balconies with seating for 10+ off the second and third floor (hot tub on 3rd floor makes for an amazing sunset every night).
Whenever any issue came up, it was resolved almost instantly by the onsite property manager working in a nearby office. Groceries and alcohol were also procured and stocked for us upon arrival.
The house also provided a cell phone to use for local calls which was such a nice touch and very useful.
The location is what sets this house apart from other options in GC. The house could not be more centrally located. Great restaurants within walking distance as well as bars and shops. It's only a 10 min drive from airport as well.
We look forward to coming back to share this property again and I'm certain if you choose to stay at Seaside, it will exceed your wildest expectations.

The house is literally on the best beach in the world, with 9000 sf of air-conditioned space. It's amazing. The views from the 3rd floor over the bay are stunning and rival any view at sunset. The property is central to the best restaurants and in walking distance to Agua, Luca and Ragazzi restaurants, Camana Bay, and golf course. Remarkably private, despite the central location. The owners have full time office on front of the property with full time employee for questions and the exterior of property is cleaned each day. Just lovely. We will be back.
