Welcome to The Renaissance Grand Cayman located on the beautiful shores of Seven Mile Beach!
Renaissance #11 is located on the third floor and spans over 2,000 square feet with 3 well-appointed bedrooms with convenient ensuite bathrooms.
The master suite has oceanfront views overlooking the pool deck and comes furnished with a king bed. The second and third bedrooms are located inland and come furnished with a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite programming.
All Renaissance condos are equipped with a screened terrace providing fantastic views of Seven Mile Beach. It's the perfect spot to start your day with your morning coffee or unwind after a day of beach fun taking in the sunset views.
The living area is furnished with comfortable sofa seating and comes equipped with a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen overlooks the living area and comes equipped with modern appliances, breakfast counter seating, plus pots and pans, dishware, cutlery, and glassware. A separate laundry room sits off the hallway complete with wash and dryer.
All Renaissance condos are non-smoking and include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, plus daily housekeeping (excluding Sundays and major holidays). The resort boasts an on-site fitness center, a beautiful 85-foot infinity pool with hot tub, free underground parking, two elevators on each side of the property, four beachfront barbecue grills, and plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas on the beach. Beach towels are provided daily during your stay.
The Renaissance is removed from the congestion and crowds of lower Seven Mile Beach making it an ideal destination for families and couples wanting to get away from it all. It's also a great compromise for guests who love Seven Mile Beach, but want more privacy and aren't ready to make the leap into a private villa on the island's north side.

A wonderful place to stay in paradise
The Renaissance is a home away from home. Our condo was beautiful, and had an amazing view from the balcony for relaxing or enjoying our meals. The well equipped kitchen allowed our family to have the choice of cooking dinner when we wanted a night in or for breakfast/lunch. The condo was spotless on our arrival and the daily housekeeping kept it that way throughout our visit. The friendly manager, Wendy, was available for questions, dining suggestions and always had a hello with a smile. Her assistant, Georgette, is a lovely person who greats you as soon as you step into the office with a smile and a “how can I help”. A great team for sure. We were treated to a special experience on this trip. We went down to the beach early one morning to discover that a giant sea turtle had been on the beach, in front of the Renaissance, attempting to lay her eggs the night before. On a previous trip we witnessed the release of hatchlings that had been rescued by the local turtle experts. We ate at the nearby restaurants Bacaro and Morgan’s Harbour. Both amazing with totally different vibes. Bacaro’s food, cocktails, and wine list is comparable to any top restaurant in a large North American city. Morgan’s Harbour was a bit more relaxed. That being said the food will not disappoint. We also enjoyed dinner at The Wharf on their Salsa night. A dining experience that will not be forgotten. The view, service and food was outstanding. I will definitely be returning to Cayman and staying at the Renaissance.
Cayman Vacation
Two weeks with nothing to do but we managed pretty well. Very relaxing. Beautiful, clean, well maintained facility. Great Pool and lovely beach. No complaints at all!

We enjoyed a 4 week stay at the Renaissance in February. This is our 9th year staying at this jewel resort with an amazing location on seven mile beach. Renaissance really has an advantage because of its location away from the commotion of the Harbor and Georgetown. The Management is superb, making sure that everything is in your paradise pad is perfect. The view is amazing and the beach, pool and the hot tub create an oasis of relaxation. I’m already thinking about our next getaway to our happy spot in the Caribbean.
Best location on 7 mile beach
This condo is exactly as it was described. I thought these pictures were too good to be true but I was so surprised to find the condo looked exactly like the photo shots. We arrived on a Sunday and the staff made special arrangements to meet us there. They even offer a service to deliver groceries for you, next time we're doing that. Everything was clean and well maintained and the maid even made a point to learn our schedule and worked around our coming and going. The Maintenance Man even cut us fresh coconuts for drinking and eating. This place is my idea of the best location on 7 mile beach....
The Renaissance
Lovely and quieter part of seven mile beach. Very enjoyable! Have stayed in this condo and a similar condo about 5 times over the past several years. Convenient to make breakfast! We had food delivered before we arrived. We used to stay in hotels but with friends or kids this is the way to go. Very accommodating management. Will definitely do this again the next time!

This was our second year staying at the Renaissance. We cant say enough about it! The location is perfect! Kim and Wendy do an exceptional job! Can not wait until next year!

- An additional $200 nightly surcharge applied to winter holiday stays (Dec 18 - Jan 5).

Booking Rules
- Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
- All units are non-smoking.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No events are allowed without prior written consent from the manager.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due in full upon arrival.
- Full payment is required on reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- All cancellations and changes are subject to a $150 admin fee.
- The deposit, less the admin fee, will be refunded once notice to cancel is received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec. 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter (Dec. 16 - Apr. 14) & Thanksgiving Stays (Nov. 20 - Dec. 1): Cancel 60-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 5): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- Bookings canceled within the cancellation period will forfeit 50% of the room rate plus the $150 admin fee.
