All Meridian condos are maintained to perfection and located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.
Unit #10 is located on the second floor with 1,900 square feet of living space across three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin beds) each with a private ensuite bath.
All units include a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a screened oceanfront terrace furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable loungers.
Satellite TVs are available in the living area and in each bedroom. Each unit is non-smoking and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Sundays and holidays) and includes beach and bath towel service.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, fitness center access, free underground parking, BBQ grill picnic areas, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a jacuzzi.
Guests do not need to reserve loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning as there are plenty of them to go around. Beachfront thatched cabanas, beach attendants, and a large grassy pool deck contribute to a "spa-like" atmosphere at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year. Its location is adjacent to a private and heavily landscaped mansion making The Meridian a very secluded location for families.
The Meridian is within walking distance of several restaurants, retail shops, and a large grocery store. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, The Meridian puts guests close to all the best Cayman has to offer.

This was our first time at the Meridian. We found it absolutely fabulous. The beach was amazing and the chairs in the ground for cats immaculate. The staff at work, the ground or friendly and constantly working. Unit #10 is a Beautiful unit and well kept. The cleaning staff was amazing and we always had to clean towels, beds made etc.... Everything was clear emails, and the app once we arrived easy to get in and out of the unit, workout room, garage, etc.. all in all it was an amazing vacation at an amazing facility. We will definitely be coming back.!!

The unit was very nice and had more than everything we needed. This location is one of the best on the Island! We have been to GC 4x and this place is ideal! Beautiful beach which is WELL kept and reset each day - perfect for a cup of coffee on the beach. Plenty of chairs and sun (or shade if you prefer). Daily cleaning service keeps the unit in top shape and PLENTY of fresh towels are provided for beach and bathrooms. We had a great time and we’re proud to invite friends to this beautiful unit #10 to enjoy a bottle of wine/dinner on the grill/and a perfect view of the sunset. We will be back!

We have been to Meridian many times and it is always a perfect place to get away from the cold winter. the beach at Meridian is spectacular. Lee, Pat, Nora and the team at Meridian are also always helpful with anything that we need, or restaurants etc.

Have visited Seven Mile Beach over 10 times. Progressed from hotel stays to condo units. The benefits of condo stays are several - more room to relax with a larger room, separate bathrooms to speed up getting ready to enjoy the area, multiple TVs for varying interests quicker access to taxis, streets, etc. A big plus is more availability of beach chairs and spaciousness or perhaps more appropriately said as less competition for the space. This was our third stay at the Meridian - no hassles or issues of note. Rooms are clean and overall quiet between units ( except when someone in an upper floor drags a chair overhead). Reasonably priced - not the cheapest nor the priciest. Excellent location for a variety of eating prices from high end down to outdoor burger and a beer establishments.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Meridian. Place was exceptionally clean and daily housekeeping was very good and friendly. Daily towels were always available for use on beach. Beach grounds beautiful and pool area well maintained. Only complaint is shower use. We could not shower at same time. Master bedroom was not affected but twin/queen rooms would loss hot water and sometimes no water at all. On a positive note- my son lost his chain and cross on the beach and the grounds keeper happen to find it the next day and asked around who’s it was. We were very grateful. Thank you

Located on the best stretch of 7 Mile Beach, The Meridian did not disappoint. Easy check-in and self check-out, relaxed yet spacious accommodations, pool, jacuzzi, and amazing beach views all around. Also conveniently located with many options for dining within walking distance. Highly recommended!

This is our 4th time staying at the Meridian. The condos are all well appointed and comfortable. We love the location on 7 mile beach. It is close to everything. The staff is wonderful to work with, they aim to please.

The Meridian is a perfect place! The units are very well appointed and the screened porches are delightful! The setting is beautiful and very well maintained. The beach is big and inviting. Overall a great experience. The first night we were kept awake by some people staying there with very loud partying, and screaming very profane language outside. It is not what you expect when you stay at this type of property. I noticed that a lot of the lounge chairs on the beach are tearing, and need to be replaced or repaired. There were 2 days when there were not enough chairs for everyone on the beach.Everyone that works there is great! They really go out of their way to help, and make your stay comfortable. The beach is beautiful, and peaceful. The location on Seven Mile Beach is perfect!

Booking Rules

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 60 days or more before arrival.
- Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90 days or more before arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120 days or more before arrival.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.

Getting Around
A rental car is not needed, as taxi cabs can be relied on to get around. However, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive when venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach.
