Welcome to We'll Sea, a charming 2-bedroom beach cottage on a perfect white-sand beach with clear, shallow waters ideal for barefoot swimming.
Located on Grand Cayman's north side, just 250 yards from the iconic Rum Point Club, We'll Sea is one of the few affordable rental villas on this “Millionaire’s Row” of luxury homes on Sand Pointe Road.
We'll Sea features a vaulted two-story atrium and screened porch that floods the home with natural light and spectacular beachfront views.
The kitchen, dining, and living areas open onto the spacious screened porch with patio seating and an alfresco dining table for six. A full modern kitchen, just off the atrium, comes equipped with standard appliances including dishware, glassware, cookware, cutlery, and an indoor dining table for four.
The oceanfront living area comes furnished with comfortable sofas, ceiling fans, and a flat-screen TV for winding down at the end of the day.
The home's two bedrooms are located on the upper level. Each bedroom has a private screened balcony with elevated ocean views. No better spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The homes on the sound in Cayman Kai offer the best beaches as they don't have as much marine and plant life inhabiting the shallow waters. The beaches here are usually soft white sand.
The homes facing west enjoy barefoot swimming in calm shallow waters. We'll Sea has the perfect white sandy beach with wonderful sunset views!
The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports, a restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. Also near Rum Point is The Kaibo restaurant and marina.
Lastly, we have 2 large resorts in the east end (Morritt's and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop.
These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, oceanfront pools, and bar service.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Fantastic Vacation
Part 2 - The island was easy to navigate, and we were glad we chose to rent a car. Fosters and Chisolm grocery stores had everything we needed. They\'re both relatively close to We'll Sea if you have a rental car available. Groceries on the island are pricey compared to the US, so you may consider packing non-perishable items and bringing them with you if that's an option. We brought and used our water shoes both in the water at We'll Sea and other beaches we visited on the island. There is quite a bit of turtle grass in front of the house, but if you are willing to walk 50 to 75 yards out, you will be on a beautiful sandbar similar to Starfish Point and Stingray city. We used the kayaks and paddle board available to paddle out and spent hours enjoying the sandbar. The water on this side of the island was very calm and clear. It was very enjoyable since it was mostly waist deep for quite a distance off the shoreline. All in all, we had a wonderful time here at We'll Sea in beautiful Grand Cayman. If and when we return to Grand Cayman, we would absolutely stay at We\'ll Sea again. Thank you to the owners for opening up your beautiful home for others to enjoy!
Fantastic Vacation
Part 1 -Our entire stay from booking to checkout has been seamless and easy, and this includes the property manager, Grand Cayman Villas staff at check in, and everyone we communicated with via email. We couldn't have asked for a better stay at the fantastic We'll Sea. The home was the perfect size for us (2 couples) since it had 2 identical bedrooms with attached bathrooms and attached private balconies. The covered and screened in patio downstairs was wonderful to enjoy in the mornings and evenings, and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Rum Point was just steps away, and while small crowds visited during the day, they were all pleasant and friendly. On Sundays, quite a few boats show up to hang out in the water and enjoy the sunset. They stay late in the evening, but that\'s the only crowd we had out here during our 6 night stay. Inside the home we had everything we needed except for hand soap to wash our hands. We picked some up at Fosters when we grocery shopped and left some for the next guests. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare a meal, and we did utilize it for cooking dinner several nights. There is also a washer and dryer available should you need them. Beds were on the firmer side, but we slept comfortably every night. The home also provided quite a few games to enjoy, and we had fun playing those in the evenings. We followed the recommendations we had seen online regarding Silver Thatch sports and excursions, and we had a fantastic experience with Captain Kevin at Stingray City and snorkeling a small reef. We rented a car and drove to other locations such as Starfish Point, Hell, the turtle center, Smiths Cove, Cayman Kai Beach, Seven Mile Beach, a rum distillery, and the shopping area near the cruise ship Port. We had a wonderful dinner at Czech Inn and Lobster Pot. Both are different experiences, but we enjoyed them. We enjoyed a mudslide and lunch at Rum Point Beach Club as well.

It’s good to be back in GC
This is our sixth trip to GC; We’ll Sea is the best rental we have had to date. Very well appointed home, smartly designed with tasteful furniture. Everything worked as expected: AC, ceiling fans, WiFi, TV, etc. Water pressure was excellent. Kitchen was perfect, all that was needed was provided with good quality equipment. Ample supplies available: towels, linen, soap, etc. Beds were very comfortable.
Resuming, We’ll Sea met and exceeded our expectations and we are glad we chose it for our few days in our favorite Caribbean destination.

2nd Stay!
This was my 2nd stay at We\'ll Sea and it was just as wonderful as the first. I truly believe it\'s the best location on the whole island. 45 mins away from the busy tourist area of Georgetown in a much quieter area and calmer ocean vs. 7 mile beach. In the evening, it was as if we were the only ones there. The house is quaint, clean and stocked with all of the proper housewares. We had 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 2 bikes, inflatables, and snorkeling gear. Our own personal beach with hammock, chairs, charcoal grill. The water is waist-high all the way 300+ yards out. The sea life is amazing - sting rays, turtles, crabs. Sunday nights will be a little noisy, as locals gather in boats nearby to listen to music & swim - but not too late. 2 min walk to Rum Point to grab drinks & lunch. 1 mile walk or short bike/drive to Kaibo Beach for coffee, drinks, lunch/dinner as well as to Starfish Point. Surrounded by very large expensive homes, this is the best value based on condition, size and most of all, location.
We\'ll Sea is wonderful for a couple or small family
I have stayed at We'll Sea 3-5 times over the last decade and it is always as wonderful as before. It's a small house, but wonderfully maintained and has everything you need for an incredibly serene and relaxing beach escape.
Another Great Visit
This was my 2nd stay at We\'ll Sea. I love the location: walking distance to Rum Point for lunch and drinks, a walk/bike ride/short drive to Starfish Point & Kaibo beach coffee shop & beach bar/restaurant. Chisholm\'s Grocery is about 10 mins away where you can get many essentials. Groceries otherwise from Fosters or Hurley\'s in Georgetown. The beach is clean, calm with soft sand (not rocky). About 50 yds of weeds to get through and water is clear after that. Water is only waist-high 200-300 yards out. Swam with a stingray and saw tropical fish. The area can be busy on Sundays with locals anchoring in and playing music. Most weekdays are quiet and evenings we felt like we were the only ones on the beach. The house is clean and well stocked with housewares. Nice to have bikes, kayaks included as well as inflatables and paddleboard. We used the charcoal grill a lot. There are a few puzzles and games so we played Rummy Cube and Yahtzee in the evening on the screened-in patio. The North Side is very quiet and low-key in comparison to Georgetown and the West Side. Not many restaurants, stores. We like it that way and will definitely be back again!
Home away from home
This was our second time staying at We'll Sea. We love the north side of the island around Rum Point. We have stayed at multiple properties but We'll Sea is perfect for our family. We all refer to it as our home away from home. It's warm, inviting and perfect for our family.

The staff at Grand Cayman Villas was very accommodating and welcoming. The pictures posted on the website were a true representation of what the home and beach looked like when we arrived. We wanted a place were we could literally walk out the back patio onto the beach and into the clear ocean water and that\'s exactly what we got when we booked this place. The place was clean and pristine all the way through the home.
The views from the back patio and kitchen were stunning. Our family of four loved every minute of our stay. The kayaks and snorkeling gear provided by the home owner were wonderful. I would definitely book this place again and highly recommend it to any small family traveling to Grand Cayman.
Serene
Everything about this home was amazing. It’s cleanliness, pristine private beach, quiet serene location. Highlights of this property for our family of four was a perfectly located home just steps away from the light blue Caribbean Sea, screened in porch covering the first floor + second floor (no mosquitoes), kayaks/ paddle boards and the views and sunsets were beautiful. We traversed the entire island and Rum Point is the best place to soak in the sun.

My family and I really enjoyed our staycation at this property. It’s like home away from home, fully equipped, but with a beautiful private beach. Awesome location. We would love to visit again soon!

This house is beautiful. The beach is amazing. It’s a quiet location. The perfect location for couples or families! It is very well stocked with anything you may need. Food and liquor delivery is very easy if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive. We can’t wait to come back!
Paradise
The home, the views, the neighborhood are absolutely perfect! The home looks just as advertised & the beds are very comfy. We loved the floor to ceiling screened in porch & even sat outside watching a storm one evening. We kayaked everyday & enjoyed the beautiful water. Kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need. It was my family’s favorite vacation so far.

We have stayed at this property many many times over the years. What a beautiful setting! We were afraid that the two monstrous houses on either side would be intrusive...but the privacy remains intact. The house could use more meticulous maintenance. The carpet is starting to wear, and the kitchen could certainly use updates; but, we really enjoyed the stay as always. One thing that was troublesome, however, was the fact that the thermostats could not be set cooler than 72 degrees. Please understand that some people like the temperature cooler.

Perfect Getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at We’ll Sea. We appreciated how everything looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The house and yard area was very clean and well maintained. The beach was great for our two year old as she could play easily without wearing a life jacket. While Seven Mile beach is a nice area to check out we loved having our own private beach area. We only saw a handful of people walk by all week. Our favorite places to eat included Tuka, the Lighthouse, and the restaurant at Rum Point. It was a great vacation and we would definitely recommend this or any other property listed through grand cayman villas. We didn’t need to contact the property manager for anything but it was great having the contact information just in case.

blissful beach cottage
We had an amazing time at We\'ll Sea! First of all the sunsets on the private beach were stunning! The kitchen was sell stocked, everything was clean and tidy and the screened in porch as amazing for meals and resting out of the sun. Having kayaks and bikes was great! We biked down to starfish point several times, amazing! The location is wonderful, as we walked to Rum point for drinks and food and loved the environment there as well. We wish we\'d known about the ferry from Rum point to Georgetown so I\'ll put it in so others can take advantage. A GREAT way to see the water and enjoy Georgetown without having to drive over. We will be back for sure!! Thank you for making our trip so amazing.

Grand Cayman Villas
AMAZING!!!
What a BEAUTIFUL home! It was better than the pictures indicated (and they were good!) Absolute perfection, right on the gorgeous blue waters, we put the kayaks to good use.( The only thing was the bikes had flat tires and there was no pump.) We loved having that gorgeous kitchen and washer dryer! Anyone who has Netflix can sign on to watch on the TV. This little gem was so peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to great restaurants and activities. We will be back!!!
Great for the 4 of Us
We stayed a week at the best spot on the whole island. It was on a beautiful beach (just as great as 7 mile beach AND a lot more private) that we didn\'t have to share with anyone! Water was so warm and crystal clear. No rocks to step on and it was ankle to waist deep for at least 150 yds out. With the exception of one day, the water was very calm. There are initially some short weeds to wade through and beyond that it is just white sand. Great area for using the 2 kayaks that come with the house. This is away from all the tourists and buzz of Georgetown and worth the 40 min drive away from all of that. Close to 2 bars/restaurants (walk or bike) and bike ride to Starfish point. Short distance to liquor/grocery stores. Beach has 4 lounge chairs, 2 little tables and a hammock to relax on -- and plenty of areas for either shade or sun. Some boats & jet skis go by further away but not disruptive. Far enough away from Rum Point that you can\'t hear the people or activities; however sometimes public cars are parked in front of the house on busier days. Saw a few stingrays swim by; no jellyfish but some sea urchins and random fish. A few cats visit the yard but don\'t get very close to humans. House is fully stocked w/a charcoal grill, plates, utensils, blender, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, kitchen appliances. 4 bicycles (for adults). Beach towels, towels/linens. Very clean home and nicely updated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time in the We\'ll Sea property. The beach was beautiful and the home location was peaceful. The property management folks were helpful through the whole process. Looking forward to another stay!
July 2106 Stay
This house is perfect for a relaxing time for 4 adults. the location on the beach is perfect. We could walk down the beach with our feet in the water to have drinks or dinner at the rum point beach club. the ac works wonderful. We will come back here, but next time we will bring some food from home as the grocery cost and selection are not what we would like.
Phenomenal!
This property was perfect for a family. The house is spacious and well kept. Everything was clean and well furnished. The location was perfect with the calm waters and private beach. We had a toddler and the water was perfect for her as far as depth and lack of rolling waves. We explored everyday in shallow waters and made excellent use of the kayaks! The proximity to Rum Point was ideal and convenient. We also loved and highly recommend the Bioluminescent tour and Stingray City that leave from Rum Point. If you\'re looking to be in the middle of lots of restaurants and night life, this is not the place for you. If you\'re looking for a quiet escape this is perfection!!
Perfect vacation at We'll Sea
The location of We'll Sea is just about perfect, on the best part of the beach especially if you have young kids. It is far enough from the public beach but close enough to enjoy the nearby amenities of Rum Point. Water is calm and you can easily snorkel out, we saw numerous Stingrays and lucky enough to have a wild dolphin swim with us for about 5 minutes all in our backyard. The place was extremely clean, and had a lot of extras including Kayaks, the wireless internet worked great too. Had everything you need in the kitchen if you decide to do any cooking too. Carpets upstairs were also very new. All in all a perfect beach vacation.
Beautiful, Comfortable, Fun...
We'll Sea was a wonderful experience. The home was clean and comfortable. It was decorated in a happy, cheerful way that reflects the setting and the pink house very well. Pick up a conch by walking on your private white sand beach out into the sea right in front of the house! We got one we suspected was eaten by out of season poachers, discarded, but we saw live ones as well. (Not absolutely necessary, but recommended to have water shoes) Management were readily available and responsive. The kayaks were fun, but the seat straps were torn. Make sure they have been fixed, or your paddling will be tedious. Two nice bedrooms each with a private full bath, which is not clearly stated in the ad we read, so we were pleased. A stunning sunset provided a perfect backdrop to our private wedding on the beach. It was a beautiful, as was my bride. And for an adventure of a lifetime, go to Rum Point for a trip out to play with the StingRays! wow.

Booking Rules
- 4 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
