The Beachcomber

Opening in 2009 on the most pristine stretch of Grand Cayman's famous 7 Mile Beach, the Beachcomber offers 40 individually owned and decorated luxury 2, 3 & 4 bedroom condos.  These oceanfront condos range from 1,800 to 3,200 square feet.  Each offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, cool tiled floors and panoramic views.

An oceanfront infinity pool with two whirlpool spas, an on-site fitness center, and proximity to watersports, golf, fishing and restaurants make The Beachcomber a great choice for both families and large groups.  



Coral Stone Club

Completely renovated in 2005, the Coral Stone Club offers 35 beautifully decorated private condos in the center of Grand Cayman's pristine 7 Mile Beach.  An oceanfront zero-entry (no steps) infinity pool, two whirlpool spas and multiple thatched beach cabanas offer you plenty of space to enjoy your Cayman Islands vacation.

Each Coral Stone Oceanfront Condo offers 1,800+ square feet of luxury, an uninterrupted ocean view, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, central air-conditioning, and cool tile floors.  Additional on-site amenities include a tennis court, a newly renovated fitness center completed in 2015, rinse tanks for dive gear, plus excellent hospitality management and the most beach per unit of all condos on 7MB.



The Meridian

The Meridian is a first class oceanfront property that opened in November 2005, just 300 yards from the Ritz-Carlton.  This very intimate luxury property is within walking distance of 20 restaurants, many shops and a large grocery store.  Situated in the heart of 7 Mile Beach, you really don't need a rental car.

An oceanfront freshwater pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, gourmet kitchens, daily maid service, underground parking, and other modern amenities make the Meridian a great luxury value.



Plantana

While Seven Mile Beach is the heart of Grand Cayman's night life, restaurant, and shopping districts, Plantana sits in a quiet setting that feels sheltered from the island's hustle and bustle.

Low-rise, plantation-style buildings are set in extensive landscaping, allowing for lush lawns lined with native trees, lavish plantings and colorful blossoms, making Plantana a unique experience on Seven Mile Beach.  Condos come fully furnished and equipped with high speed internet access, free local calling, washers and dryers, HD TVs and cable service, central air conditioning, and housekeeping service.  Many units have DVD players and other amenities, including beach towels and beach toys.  Children under 12 years old stay free (as long as under total occupancy).



Renaissance

Completed in 2010, The Renaissance on Seven Mile Beach embodies old world charm and the epitomie of Caribbean luxury.  Over 200 feet of pristine white sand beach is home to 37 exquisite condos, of which less than a dozen are available for rent.  The Renaissance offers many amenities including complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, gourmet kitchens, and a glorious 85 foot infinity pool and relaxing hot tub.
