Heavy Cake Competition

A truly unique Cayman creation, Heavy Cake is steeped in tradition and Caymanian heritage. Dense and sweet, the best Heavy Cake comes from where it was created, here in Cayman.

Bartending isn’t just about pouring drinks, it’s an art form and a never ending journey of sensory discovery. Sponsored by Cayman’s very own rum, Seven Fathoms, the Mixology competition brings together the island’s best mixologists, resulting in innovative and delicious rum cocktails and crowns the winner Mixologist of the Year 2017.
