Calypso Grill at Morgan’s Harbor is one of the best restaurants on the island and Silver Thatch Charters is a fantastic way to get to that part of Grand Cayman.   After dinner, Captain George takes his guests back across the pond to North Side.  Guests can listen to music while watching for shooting stars on the way back to their villa.  It’s truly one of the best ways to experience Grand Cayman.
