Six bedroom, six bath Moon Kai was recently built in the Cayman Kai district. Cayman Kai is a popular destination for groups trying to escape the crowds of Seven Mile Beach: many of the homes are either on the sound or have white-sand barefoot swimming beaches, as opposed to the dive- and snorkel-friendly homes on the East End. Dive aficionados might rather have sea life, but if you’d rather swim in calm, clear waters or let your children play in the surf without the added encumbrance of swim shoes, look for homes with a barefoot beach.
One of Moon Kai’s perks is the versatility offered by the combination of the spacious main house, with five bedrooms, and the gorgeous coach house apartment. We often receive inquiries from large families, sometimes traveling with several generations in one group! One of Moon Kai’s great qualities is the feeling of privacy provided by the courtyard and landscaping. Pulling up the drive, you’ll feel like you’re entering your own little estate, even though the Rum Point Club is just a stone’s throw away!
