Second-Floor Corner Condo

This second-floor corner condo covers a space similar to the ground floor but has a great view. It has two bedrooms and two baths that cover 1,350 square feet of beachfront living space, including a screened patio with walk-out access to the beach or pool deck. The terrace comes furnished with an outdoor dining table. It’s a beautiful and relaxing spot to start your morning with a mug of coffee.

Fourth Floor Condo

This three-bedroom, two-bath condo provides more than 2,100 square feet of living space, including an outdoor terrace. It also has an outdoor dining table with seating for six, plus a lounge area.

Sixth-Floor Corner Penthouse

If you want the highest views of the Grand Cayman Island coastline, you can’t do much better than this corner penthouse. One of the best ways to get around on Grand Cayman Island is with a car rental. It will get you where you need to be, and you’ll waste little time traveling between your destinations. Guests staying in Cayman Kai, North Side, or the East End will need to rent a car. All major rental car companies are located across the street from the airport.

We encourage our Seven Mile Beach guests to consider a day trip to the eastern districts to discover the quieter side of Grand Cayman.

You can compare each company’s prices and services to determine the best option for your needs. It is advisable to book in advance during peak tourist season. Rental cars can run scarce during the high season. We always recommend you double confirm your rental reservation, so there are no surprises when you land.

All rental car companies offer baby and toddler car seats. You may need to request one when reserving online. Be sure to call directly before arrival to confirm your reservation. Grand Cayman Villas & Condos (GCVC) is proud to announce another new condominium partnership on sunny Seven Mile Beach. GCVC has been engaged to manage all marketing and reservations for the South Bay Beach Club.

Built on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, the South Bay Beach Club has been a popular vacation destination since opening in 2013. South Bay is another first-rate Brian Butler development similar to the Meridian, Beachcomber, and Renaissance.

37 condominiums in 2, 3, and 4-bedroom configurations are built on the barefoot sandy shores of Seven Mile Beach—one of the world’s top beach destinations. Its stellar location puts guests steps away from a number of local resorts, restaurants, and nightlife. Watersports, island excursions, and the George Town shopping districts are also nearby.

22 units participate in the rental program, including five 4-bedroom condos and three 3-bedroom penthouse suites.

The Rum Point Club Resort is the only full-service, luxury oceanfront resort in the tranquil Rum Point | Cayman Kai neighborhood.

Built on 500 feet of reef-protected sandy beachfront, the best snorkeling in Rum Point lies just off the Resort’s private dock. The Resort is located just 100 yards east of the famous Rum Point Beach—reopening with a new bar and renovated restaurant in Spring 2023.

The Resort consists of 31 beautifully designed condominiums, all with luxury finishes, top-of-the-line appliances, and matching elegant decor.
