Yoshi Sushi-The reviews about this new sushi restaurant have been nothing but good: “The food is divine”, “people queue out the door”, “a must go to restaurant”, “the décor makes it feel a little bit like walking into a good restaurant in London or New York”. We had a very good meal when we went there, but everyone is right, it is busy and you must make a reservation. Chef Yoshi and his team work hard to create fantastic boats of sushi, sashimi, rolls and bowls. The décor is very chic, modern and quite a breathe of fresh air from what Cayman residents are used to. The staff are very friendly, relaxed and unassuming, the wine and sake lists are extensive and well priced, the “Kirin beer authentic and freezing cold” and the dinner menu is full of the usual favourites as well as specials suggested by Yoshi himself. Busy, loud, fun, with good food, friendly staff and knock-out décor – if you feel like having sushi, it is definitely worth giving this place a try. 1-(345)943-9674
