Plan Your Vacation in Grand Cayman

A Few Restaurants Close In Low Season

Share

IMG_2486Fall is a great time to visit Grand Cayman.  Crowds aren’t as big now as they are in the heavier tourist seasons of winter and spring and the weather can be absolutely beautiful.  A few of the restaurant owners on the island chose to take their vacations during this quiet time on the island and close their restaurants,  reopening either the middle of October or early November.

Calypso Grill in Morgan’s Harbor (Seven Mile Beach area) is currently closed and will reopen on October 11th for lunch and dinner.  Tukka, one of our favorite Aussie-influenced restaurants in East End is also currently closed and will reopen on October 6th.  The Kaibo Upstairs in Cayman Kai and their coffee shop, Kaibo Espresso, will be closed until November 4th.  Kaibo’s downstairs bar is open and offers great casual outdoor dining.

There are plenty of places to dine no matter where you stay.  We recommend to all of our Grand Cayman Villas and Condos guests visiting this fall that they call ahead, when making dinner plans, to make sure the restaurant is open.
