Welcome to Blue Serenity! This newly-renovated villa is located in the Cottage District along Cayman's central south coast.
After a complete rebuild, Blue Serenity is ready to welcome guests with a fabulous new pool & deck, enclosed sun porch, and dock.
Many of our guests spend the entire day enjoying the villa’s views, oceanfront pool deck and private beachfront with excellent snorkeling.
The new pool and multi-level decks are absolutely stunning and sure to be a hit with guests. A sunbather’s paradise, the pool features a Baja shelf with two submerged ledge loungers and a pergola providing shade throughout the day.
Plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating ring the pool ensuring everyone in your group a spot to relax under the sun. An outdoor shower sits off the west end of the pool deck for a quick rinse before heading inside.
Overlooking the pool are two brand new raised decks: one furnished with a patio dining table, and the other with comfy lounge seating. Both are perfect spots for alfresco happy hours or sunset dinners with sweeping ocean views.
Blue Serenity is a unique two-level home with three bedroom suites on the upper level and an apartment suite on the lower level.
Both levels are included when booking the home. We do not rent out each level individually.
Sleeping Arrangements

- East Suite: upper-level, ocean views, king bed, ensuite bath with dual vanity and shower, large closet and dresser, ceiling fan, individual A/C controls, walk-out access to the sun porch.
- Middle Suite: upper-level, ocean views, king bed, ensuite bath with dual vanity and shower, large closet and dresser, ceiling fan, individual A/C controls, walk-out access to the sun porch.
- West Suite: upper-level, ocean views, king bed, ensuite bath with dual vanity and shower, large closet and dresser, ceiling fan, individual A/C controls, walk-out access to the sun porch.
- Lower Bedroom: Lower-level, king bed, ceiling fan, TV, large hall bathroom with shower.
- Additional bedding: queen sleeper sofa in the apartment sleeps two additional guests.
Both the upper and lower levels have been completely renovated and refreshed with new furniture and decor.
The upper-level floor plan is accentuated by the 60-foot enclosed sun porch connecting all 3 bedroom suites and the family room. A wall of oceanfront windows stretches the entire width of the sun porch flooding each bedroom with natural light and spectacular ocean views. The sun porch comes furnished with a formal dining table with seating for 8 and two sitting areas on opposite ends.
The open-concept family room was designed to provide seamless access between the kitchen and living area while ensuring ocean views from every angle.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with new cabinets, modern stainless steel appliances, and an island counter with breakfast bar seating for four. Dishes, cookware, glassware, and cutlery are all supplied during your stay.
The living area provides a great gathering place to unwind at the end of the day. Tune in using the flatscreen TV and drop down into the plush sectional sofa for a movie night after a day of fun in the sun.
The lower-level apartment comes complete with a separate kitchenette, small living area, bedroom, and bathroom with shower. There's also a small screened breakfast nook off the kitchenette with walk-out access to the pool deck.

Beach Notes
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The homes in the Cottage District on the southeast coast offer great reef-protected snorkeling as well as proximity to the best dive operators on the entire island--Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers. Being on the south coast, the water tends to be very calm on the beaches.
A short 15-minute drive west is a large grocery store, Fosters, as well as a Subway sandwich shop, a Wendy’s, and the Savannah Medical Clinic & Pharmacy.
Lastly, the Cottage District is much closer to George Town and Seven Mile Beach than Rum Point or the North Side. If frequent trips to the West Bay area are anticipated, a villa in the Cottage District, Frank Sound, or Breakers might be an ideal choice.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

We Will Be Back
We had a party of eight and it worked out very well. The interior was spotless and Kitchen was remarkable. The outside patio and sitting areas were awesome and the pool was clean and warm. we will be back next year
Great Experience, Lovely House
The management staff was very responsive and helpful. Great house for a group of couples since we all had a king bed and master suite (4 of them available). The deck/pool area was wonderful and used on a daily basis. The house is spacious and very comfortable. A highlight for us was having Chef Thomas Tennent cook dinner for us two nights were were there. Should have done that more (can't recommend that enough). Meals were amazing and Chef Thomas was great! I would note the house is right off the main road, so a bit of road an other noise. Also this is on the east end, so lots of traffic in the mornings and afternoon to get to the 7 mile beach area. On the flip side, we were much closer to things on the east end that most people maybe don't get to. We also got great sunsets! Overall it was a great experience, lovely house and we enjoyed it immensely.
Amazing Vacation at Blue Serenity
Blue Serenity was everything we hoped it would be for a family vacation. From our arrival at guest services to meeting Penni our property manager it was as smooth as could be. We all enjoyed the villas amazing views along with a daily dip in the pool and kayaking on the sea. The private boat excursion to Sting Ray city was a big hit especially for my 4 and 7 year old grandsons. Warren was a great captain and saw that we enjoyed our time with him.
Truly a relaxing and fun vacation for the whole family.

Everything We Needed and More!
The house was wonderful and had everything we need and more. The pool was lovely and the gazebo with the hammocks were always a big hit. It is a 30-40 minute drive to George Town and other tourist activities. Staying on property was relaxing and a wonderful way to spend the day. The snorkeling close to the house was uneventful as there is quite a bit of turtle grass by the shore. Overall this was an excellent place to visit.
Great House For Various Groups!
My family of 4 and our family\'s best friends (another family of 4) stayed in the property and we all had a great time. Plenty of room; the bedroom with the king sized beds were comfy. There are so many wonderful places to sit and chat while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. We rented kayaks for use at the house and enjoyed paddling out to the reef. Many days we snorkeled right off of the property. I would recommend a car, but you probably would need one anywhere you stayed in the Caymans. Great house for various groups. We would stay again.
Loved This Place!
Loved our stay at Blue Serenity. We spent lots of time outdoors in the pool and on the beach. The house was very well furnished and had lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. We rented corn hole for the stay and enjoyed playing on the beach. We brought our snorkel gear and were able to see lots of sea life in the water directly off the property. Highly recommend water shoes if you want to walk directly into the water from the house. Loved this place. We will be back!
Perfectly beautiful
Stay at Blue Serenity, this house was amazing beautifully laid out big spacious bedrooms. Spent most of the time outside in the pool and hammocks very relaxing definitely recommend this villa. Everyone at Grand Cayman villas was very accommodating due to arriving a day late because of Hurricane Idalia. Restaurant commendations Spanglish, Tukka for full moon, Eagle Rays and Grapetree.
We Were So Spoiled!
We had such a wonderful stay at Blue Serenity. The house was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved cooling off in the pool and the kids did plenty of snorkeling around the area. We shopped at Hurleys or Fosters in town and the kitchen was stocked with all the intensive, appliance we needed to cook and relax at home. We enjoyed eating at the Blue Rock restaurant in east end. We loved the Bird Sanctuary, dolphin discovery, stingray city and Turtle Center. We loved Yoshi’s sushi, Spanglish, and Casa Nova restaurants in town. It was an easy drive to town. Such a beautiful island with so much to explore. It was wonderful to come home to a relaxing house each night with such amazing views! We were so spoiled.

Blue Serenity
This was our first trip to Grand Cayman. It was a family gathering of 7 people and the house was perfect. Great pool which everyone enjoyed when not at the beach. The house outside of the west end so had to drive to certain things we wanted to do, but for us that was fine. Enjoyed the serenity that came with being in the East End. Dealing with Penne and Tonya to help with any questions we had or assisting with some of our reservations was easy and they both were very helpful.
Outstanding Property in the East End
Our families loved this property and hope to come back soon! The living space is gorgeous and the pool is even better. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The kids named the chickens… Jorge, Henrique, Rosalina, and Jeff. We used our silver thatch tandem kayak and snorkeling gear every day! The best snorkeling is right before where are the waves break! We enjoyed meals at sunshine grill on 7 mile beach, Kaibo, Tukka. & Eagle Rays. Stingray city and starfish point are awesome! We stopped by the blow holes, lovers wall, and #GoodMoodSwing!
The team of Scott, Ran, and Penni were phenomenal. Thank you for making it a great trip for our families!

Great Place, Fantastic Rental Company
Blue Serenity was such an awesome villa for our stay. Great accommodations, fantastic views, and we loved the quiet location out on the East End. Scott and the rental managers were fantastic to work with. We called them on Saturday at 5.00PM after getting into town and finding out the villa we had originally rented from another company was double booked...they got us into Blue Serenity by 9.00PM that night--had the place cleaned and ready for our stay in less than 4 hours. Absolutely saved our trip and the place was wonderful! The place was amazing and the rental staff is absolutely outstanding.

Luxury!
The home and amenities were luxury! It was on the East End which was definitely the quiet end and it took us around 45 minutes to get to a Georgetown. There is a nice Fosters grocery in Savannah about 20 minutes away. area which is where grocery, tours and experiences seem to be located. Grand Cayman Villas, whom we rented through was great and attentive! Their website is very helpful with questions and services they offer. Would recommend our home to any family!
Views and Wildlife
Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! The views were amazing and the pool was wonderful. Snorkeling is best right next to the dock - lionfish, lobsters ans all kinds of fish.

We all had a wonderful week! We toured the entire island that we could; drove all around. Recommend Eagle Rays in the east end for lunch. Bioluminescent tour was great too. We love Blue Serenity and will be back!!!

Loved Blue Serenity!
Clean, quiet, and the best view! We loved staying here! The pool was perfect for our group of 6, ranging from teenagers to a grandparent. We loved how peaceful it was on the East End, compared to the hustle and bustle of the West Side of the island. The hammocks on the beach were another group favorite, as well as the colorful sunsets every night. 🙂
Getaway!
Great place for a nice quiet Caribbean getaway. newly remodeled house is upgraded everything! Spacious and plenty of amenities. Dining out options nearby are limited but the house itself is well equipped for cooking or grilling. If you\'re looking for a quiet secluded getaway with a one in a million view, this is it!
Would stay here again!
My family had the best time at Blue Serenity! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and looks just like the listing photos. The outdoor space is amazing with plenty of room for everyone to lounge around. My kids loved the pool and the beach, and you can easily get in the water off the dock and snorkel or swim! The location was good for us, as it\'s away from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach (and the traffic!), but it\'s not too far to drive there for the day. Rum Point is just a short drive away as well. Silver Thatch Guest Services provides free snorkel gear and coolers, and we also rented kayaks from them that were delivered to our house before we checked in! Overall this property is an excellent value for the money, and we would definitely stay here again!
Great Time
Our family of 7 had a great time at Blue Serenity. The location was perfect for us. The pool is a great feature and our kids spent their time swimming between excursions. The owner is very welcoming. Overall, beautiful location that fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely be back.
Oasis
The property is gorgeous on the inside. Relaxing ocean view from every bedroom. And spacious and comfortable. All the furnishings are modern. Pool overlooking the ocean was one of our favorite features. We also loved how private the home the neighborhood were. We love not being surrounded by loud businesses and hotels. True oasis. The water is so clear even without a snorkel you can see the fish.
Beautiful Home and Location for Families with Kids
Our group was made up of 8 people (2 couples, each with 2 boys age 11 and under) and we had a WONDERFUL time at this property! It\'s been beautifully maintained, the beds are super comfy and the backyard is simply fabulous! Did I mention the views? We kayaked and snorkeled right off the beach everyday and the pool was the best when we weren\'t in the ocean. We saw lots of fish and found tons of large conch shells at this location to the delight of our kids. The property is about 30-45 minutes from the main tourist area (think cruise ship docks, the sea turtle sanctuary, etc), but very close to a great grocery store and some nice restaurants. That was perfect for us as we don\'t like to stay in the more crowded hotel/tourist areas.
The kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals and the grill on the patio was nice to have as well. We had kayaks delivered right to the house and were able to check out the free snorkel gear too, which made it so easy to enjoy our vacation. Ran Johnson and Penni Bell, the property managers, were so easy to work with and always responded quickly to our questions. Check-in/checkout was a breeze.
I would absolutely recommend this rental if you want a relaxing vacation in Grand Cayman.

The house and property exceeded our expectations! Perfect for our 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids). The pool and outdoor spaces were great. The beach is a little rocky, but I was warned. Definitely bring water shoes. The house is updated and super clean with amazing views!!! Penni could not have been more responsive and helped with everything we needed. Also, Chef Carlos made us the most amazing dinner one evening. BEST meal we had on the island, I highly recommend!!!
2022 Family Vacation
The Blue Serenity was the perfect place for our 8 guests. The bedrooms were roomy as well as the living space. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook at home and was spacious for all of us to be there to help. The pool was great with lots of lounging space around if you wanted to be in or out of the sun. A great place to stay and would definitely go back.
Fantastic trip
Grand Cayman Villas & Condos is very easy and professional to work worth, communication is top notch. Blue Serenity is a modern updated villa that will not disappoint. Upon arrival we could obviously tell the cleaning staff did a great job. The snorkeling was wonderful right from the beach. Silver Thatch is a wonderful service, they have equipment that accommodated our needs from an infant up to 90+ year old. Tukka\'s is a great place to grab dinner with a wonderful view and within a 10 minute drive, it is so great we went there twice. Lunch at Eagle Ray\'s offers great food and view within a 5 minute drive.

This property was absolutely gorgeous ( being that it was decorated in my favorite color helped me choose) the bedrooms were great and the beds were amazing. The location was good and easy to find, thanks to the color. The house was clean and had all the amenities you would need for cooking.
Great vacation villa
Blue Serenity was perfect for our group of 7. The villa has been remodeled recently and everything was clean and operating properly upon our arrival. We needed additional propane for the gas grill and Penni Bell delivered it on Sunday. She was very helpful as were the folks at Silver Thatch. A few more hooks/towel bars in the bathrooms to hang towels, robes, etc. would be helpful. Also, some light bulbs were out or missing. Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay and I have been very pleased with 3 different villas that I have rented from Grand Cayman Villas & Condos. This organization is easy to work with and always helpful.
Great quiet spot
We stayed at Blue Serenity and enjoyed the property. The communications prior to arriving were great and it was easy to get to the rental center. The ability to get a cooler and snorkel gear at the rental center was great. The house is great and everything was as advertised.
Perfection
Our stay at Blue Serenity was perfect. It was the best layout possible for four couples, with each room having an en-suite bathroom. The property manager, Penni, was very helpful with some good suggestions and we enjoyed our stay on the East End. We will definitely return for the place and for the service provided by Silver Thatch.
Perfect quarantine
The villa was very clean, well equipped, quiet and perfect for quarantine. The private pool on a beach location made it easy to pass the time with the kids. The rooms are big with extremely comfortable beds that the kids didn\'t want to leave in the morning. The kitchen has all the appliances you would need for 15 days of cooking.
The host was very kind and responsive and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Blue Serenity is a modern, spacious property with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, leaving any family or group of friends plenty of privacy on their own as well as community space with a large, open kitchen, living room and dining room. With windows lining the entire back of the house, the awesome outdoor views of the water, palm trees and gorgeous sunsets can be viewed with comfort from inside, or you can parade down to the pool every evening, like we did, to enjoy the best of colorful sunsets. It\'s worth noting the 4th bedroom is actually part of it\'s own apartment where another kitchen and family room exist - both with great views of the sea. The pool is fantastic with a shallow end to chill out in the water on reclining chairs and a deep end to stretch out in. Plenty of deck space and furniture for everyone to feel comfortable. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends that want to relax and live in the moment!
Shockingly Beautiful!!!! Above Expectations!
Although we knew that the majority of Blue Serenity had been newly renovated (so new the photos weren\'t updated on the website yet), we were completely surprised at how beautifully done it was. The lower suite has yet to be done, but was fine to house one of our couples. Everybody had their own bathroom and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. The property has so many different sitting areas it was fun to use them all. There were 7 of us (all adults) and no tripping over each other, but it could house 3 more adults easily (using the sofa bed downstairs for 2), and even more if some cots were brought in for kids. The pool is beautiful and swimming out to the reef a good bit of exercise. Obviously you stay here if the hustle and bustle of town is not your style. We had many evenings of family cooking and hanging out together. We were very happy with the ppty management staff (Grand Cayman Villas and Silver Thatch) who were very responsive to our questions and needs.
Blue Serenity
Blue Serenity is a beautiful, newly renovated (upstairs and outside) wonderful vacation home! We rented the entire home and the basement has not be updated yet, but was clean. We loved the new pool, it was so wonderful to have since you can’t really swim right off the beach. Lots of seating and places to relax around the pool, two wonderful hammocks on the beach also. We did kayak and snorkel a number of times and both were pretty good, but it was really windy. You do need to go out a ways if you are snorkeling because of the sea grass. Plan on renting a car as you are a ways from most things to do. We truly had a great week at this wonderful, relaxing, beautiful home!
Easy Island Living
Stayed at Mahogany Cove for 5 days in July and it couldn\'t have been easier. The house is a typical US Beachhouse design with a full width oceanfront screen porch. They have a dock we were surprised to find and the snorkeling was great. 3 Bedrooms on the second floor and then a private entry first floor apartment with full kitchen and living area (king bed!) offered privacy for a second couple or grand parents. Very Clean (Claudette does a great job). We were right in the middle of the island so not far from anything.
Lighthouse restaurant was only 2 miles west and the Silver Thatch guest services place for complimentary snorkel gear and fitness center was only 2 miles north. Only rained once on us HEAVY for 2 hours. Each room has it\'s own A/C unit so we could control temperature of bedroom and the living areas. Deck downstairs. Owner plans to renovate and upgrade soon.
We stayed in this house before and it very comfortable with amazing views.
It\'s a nice place to take the stress off and relax. The floor plan is set up for privacy with a large group.
This is a perfect place for multiple families. Stunning views
Perfect place for our group of 2 families with 4 adults and 4 young teenagers. Highlights include stunning, picture-perfect views, incredibly kind owner, dock in which you can see tarpon during the day and bioluminescent jellyfish at night, private beach with 2 hammocks perfect for reading and snoozing. The water is shallow past the dock so very easy and safe snorkel conditions for kids. The beach has sand but you definitely need water shoes for the water (all the kids loved it). The house has a fabulous waterfront porch perfect for card games and morning coffees. The house has an unusual configuration but was great for our group. Main living area has a master bedroom and a bathroom (shower) and then a room with a double and twin beds and bathroom (shower). The same floor has a third bedroom which is a mirror image of the room w the double and twin beds and bathroom but you get to it from the front porch- no access from the main living area. So, perfect if you have older kids like we did or adults who want privacy but don\'t need immediate access to the rest of the group. Kitchen is fine, has the stuff you need and there is a grill outside. We also rented the downstairs suite, which is great. It has a master bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen, small living room w couch and 2 chairs and a screened in small porch (table and 2 chairs has view of the ocean- lovely for breakfast ). This space would be ideal if the group had a family w an infant or toddlers as they could have a place for naps and early bedtimes. Locationwise we were happy w it although we were intentionally looking for a spot away from the tourist areas. 20 min drive to Rum Point, Starfish Cove and the closest grocery store, 5 min drive to Botanical Gardens, Lighthouse restaurant, 40 min from Georgetown and 7 mile beach. This is a relaxed, put your feet up beach house getaway. We would definitely stay here again!
A little piece of paradise
My husband and I stayed for several nights in the downstairs apartment. It had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The bed slept well. The bedroom and common areas are equipped with their own AC units, allowing you to have each area set to the temperature of your liking.
The view of Frank Sound is breathtaking. We will definitely come back again!
Wife Approved
This place was absolutely great! Like I stated in the title, my wife loved it and she\'s pretty particular! In fact, everyone in our group of seven was beyond pleased and impressed. I was a little nervous due to the lack of reviews when we booked it, so I wanted to make sure it got its due justice so you would have a better feel about this amazing place. The pictures are an accurate description of the villa. It is simple but clean and comfortable and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you might need. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner regularly there during our 8 day stay. You have a full size refrigerator. (Stop at Foster’s right by the airport or Hurley’s on your way out) The three bedrooms upstairs are all very private and have their own full bathroom. The room downstairs is literally its own little apartment with full kitchen, living room, etc. This place will hold 8 with complete privacy and 12 will fit quite comfortably if they don\'t mind sleeping on a pull-out couch. The view is excellent and the environment is serene. This is not a long expansive beach but there is sand and it is nice and clean. Right along the shore there is some rock and it stays fairly shallow (1-3 feet) with some grass so it\'s not going to be a place you\'re probably going to sit in the water. Even being on the south shore there is a nice reef so you won\'t fight too many waves. There was always a nice breeze blowing in from the south/east so mornings and evenings on the outdoor screened-in deck were outstanding. The air conditioning works great and keeps the inside nice and cool. They have nice chairs to lay out on and a little gazebo with a couple hammocks. Near the end of the trip the girls decided to get massages on the beach under the palm trees. The whole place really has a nice vibe.

There is some snorkeling if you go out and around the dock to your left. Past the grass it will drop from being so shallow to 3-6 feet deep. About 30 yards out from that dock on the left there is a concrete block that held some lobsters and lion fish. One day my buddy and I swam all the way out to the reef. There is a little coral out there but probably not worth the swim. Spend your time taking a 10 minute trip to one of the many good spots on the north shore (Cayman Kai public beach around to Rum Point is EXCELLENT).
Wife Approved!!!!
This place was absolutely great! Like I stated in the title, my wife loved it and she\'s pretty particular! In fact, everyone in our group of seven was beyond pleased and impressed. I was a little nervous due to the lack of reviews when we booked it, so I wanted to make sure it got its due justice so you would have a better feel about this amazing place. The pictures are an accurate description of the villa. It is simple but clean and comfortable and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance you might need. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner regularly there during our 8 day stay. You have a full size refrigerator. (Stop at Foster’s right by the airport or Hurley’s on your way out) The three bedrooms upstairs are all very private and have their own full bathroom. The room downstairs is literally its own little apartment with full kitchen, living room, etc. This place will hold 8 with complete privacy and 12 will fit quite comfortably if they don\'t mind sleeping on a pull-out couch. The view is excellent and the environment is serene. This is not a long expansive beach but there is sand and it is nice and clean. Right along the shore there is some rock and it stays fairly shallow (1-3 feet) with some grass so it\'s not going to be a place you\'re probably going to sit in the water. Even being on the south shore there is a nice reef so you won\'t fight too many waves. There was always a nice breeze blowing in from the south/east so mornings and evenings on the outdoor screened-in deck were outstanding. The air conditioning works great and keeps the inside nice and cool. They have nice chairs to lay out on and a little gazebo with a couple hammocks. Near the end of the trip the girls decided to get massages on the beach under the palm trees. The whole place really has a nice vibe.
Paradise at Mahogany Cove
Our week long stay at Mahogany Cove was absolutely fabulous. My family loved walking out of the house on onto the private, sandy beach. We were very happy with the quiet location on the south side of the island and away from Georgetown and other resort areas. The villa is very close to the Botanical Garden, Mastic Trail, the East End, and a number of good restaurants and fish fries. It is also an easy drive to Rum Point.
The house was clean and well maintained, and met all of our needs for a vacation rental. Given the prices of villas on the north shore, Mahogany Cove was a true value. We would definitely stay there again if/when we return to Grand Cayman Island

Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
