The Meridian in the Cayman Islands is a first class oceanfront condominium that opened in November 2005 in the heart of 7 Mile Beach on Grand Cayman, just a 300 yard barefoot walk south of the Ritz-Carlton. This very intimate luxury property is within walking distance of 20 restaurants, many shops and a large grocery store (Fosters). One really doesn't need a rental car.
Only 22 of the 34 Meridian Luxury condominiums are in the rental program. Modern elevator, daily maid service, underground parking, oceanfront freshwater pool with heated spa pool, fitness center and gourmet kitchens make the Meridian a great luxury value. It's location adjacent to a private (heavily landscaped) mansion also help to make the Meridian a very intimate family location. The Meridian even provides nice BBQ grills and dining tables for guests who may want to grill out.
The most unique features of the Meridian Grand Cayman units are the FULL-WIDTH panoramic oceanfront screened lanais, large freshwater pool and hot tub that are never crowded- Guests do not need to "reserve" loungers and chairs with towels early in the morning; as there are always plenty of them to go around.
Oceanfront thatched cabanas, plenty of lounge chairs & a large grassy pool area contribute to a "Spa-like" feeling when staying at the Meridian. Many guests return year after year.
