The Grandview Condos on Grand Cayman enjoys a long stretch of beach with soft barefoot sand and lush tropical landscaping. Casuarina and Sea Grape trees line the shore providing shade for sunbathers and beach lovers. The shoreline is rocky in some areas and features a natural lagoon with rock pools. Guests will want to wear foot protection when entering the water.

Booking Rules
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
- 4.5% Resort Fee added to all rates.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover accepted.
- Rates subject to change without notice
- Check-in: 2:00 pm.
- Check-out: 12:00 pm.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Minimum Stay Rules
- 5-night minimum required over high-season (Jan-Apr).
- 3-night minimum required over low-season (May-Dec).
- 7-night minimum required over Christmas & New Year's weeks.
Deposit
- 5 nights deposit due at booking for stays over high-season (Jan-Apr).
- 3 nights deposit due at booking for stays over low-season (May-Dec).
- Full rent amount due at booking for stays over Christmas/New Year's.
- The remaining balance on all reservations is due upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund of your deposit:
- 60-day notice for stays over high-season (Jan-Apr).
- 30-day notice for stays over low-season (May-Dec).
- Stays over Christmas or New Years' week are non-refundable.
