The Plantana is a thoughtfully designed Oceanfront Condominium Complex located just north of The Westin on the best section of 7 Mile Beach. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, many shops and close to a large grocery store (Fosters). One really doesn't need to rent a car while staying at Plantana.

With 49 oceanfront, oceanview and gardenview condominiums, the Plantana provides options for both couples & larger groups. It is often easy to lease adjacent units. Daily maid service, spacious parking, oceanfront freshwater pool, full kitchens and 350 feet of gorgeous white sand beach  make the Plantana a great value compared to your other hotel/condo accommodation choices on 7 Mile Beach. This is our most popular "mid-priced" condominium.

"The Plantana" - is located on 350 feet of the best white-sand barefoot beach on the island and is less than 1 mile away from several restaurants, a large grocery store and duty-free shopping.

The most unique features of The Plantana Condominiums are the triangular  screened lanais and large freshwater pool that is seldom crowded.

The large and peaceful garden full of Casuarina Pines adds an element of tranquility and serves as a perfect place to soak up the sun away from the noise of the beach. Near the beach is a grilling/dining area as well for casual meals.

An oceanfront gazebo, plenty of lounge chairs, sand chairs and a sprawling lawn area  contribute to an un-crowded feeling when staying at the Plantana. Wireless Internet &  supply of beach towels too.

Lease Terms:

  • Three nights deposit required to confirm all reservations.

  • Three nights minimum stay, 7 nights minimum stay Dec. 15-Jan. 10.

  • Kids under 12 stay free within six persons

  • Extra person $40 per night.

  • Deposits and full payments are refundable with 60 days notice (Dec 16 - Apr 15) and Refundable with 30 days notice (April 16 - Dec 15).

  • Check Out time is 11AM; Check-in Time is 4PM

  • All Rates subject to 10% Gov't Tax and 6% Gratuity Charge. AMEX/VISA/MASTERCARD Accepted

  • Personal cheques accepted for deposit only- Balance of rental charged to card upon arrival.
