Completed in 2007;  Waters Edge's 35 individually owned  luxury 3 bedroom & den condominiums share 300 feet of Grand Cayman's pristine 7 Mile Beach. An oceanfront triple-tiered infinity pool, (2) whirlpool spas and multiple canvas beach cabanas offer your family plenty of space to enjoy your Caribbean vacation in Grand Cayman.

Each 3,140 sq. ft.  3 bedroom & den (w/ 3.5 baths) oceanfront condominium affords generous living accommodations with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, cool travertine marble floors and panoramic views of 7 Mile Beach. All condos have a private  300 sq. ft. tiled terrace with glass panel railings to maximize the views.  A modern fitness center and proximity to watersports, golf, tennis, fishing and many nearby dining choices make Waters Edge a great luxury selection for both families and larger groups.

Only a very few owners will rent their units, so the majority of the condos are either empty or occupied seasonally by their owners and guests.

The floor plan for each oceanfront 3BR & Den unit is very similar- at 32 feet wide and almost 100 feet deep. 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot solid doors and plenty of oceanfront glass invite you from the moment you open the double mahogany entry doors and see the bright blue sky beyond the terrace. Each bedroom offers french doors onto a small terrace.

Cancellations after booking are refunded half of the deposit. Should we replace the reservation, the balance is also refunded. Should the reservation not be replaced, half the deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is made after full payment, refund is only provided if the reservation is replaced, however if completely forfeited-- the owner will offer a 50% credit for any subsequent stay at the property (non-transferable) if taken within 13 months from date of cancellation.  A full refund is available if a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) requires evacuation during your stay.
