The Meridian on Grand Cayman

The Grand Cayman Meridian is a first class oceanfront condominium that opened in November 2005 in the heart of 7 Mile Beach, just 200 yards south of the Ritz-Carlton. It is within walking distance of 20 restaurants, many shops and a large grocery store (Fosters). One really doesn't need a rental car while staying at the Meridian.

Only 20 of the 34 Meridian Cayman condominiums are within the rental program at the Meridian. For larger groups it is often easy to lease adjacent units on floors 2-5. Multiple modern elevators, daily maid service, underground parking, oceanfront freshwater pool with heated hot tub, fitness center and gourmet kitchens make the Meridian a great luxury value compared to your other hotel/condo accommodation choices on 7 Mile Beach.

Location- 7 Mile Beach	"The Meridian" - is located on the best white-sand barefoot beach on the island, just 200 yds south of the Ritz-Carlton. The most unique features of the Grand Cayman Meridian units are the oceanfront screened lanai and large freshwater pool and hot tub that are seldom crowded--unlike large hotels or condominium developments. Oceanfront thatched cabanas, plenty of lounge chairs, sand chairs and a large grassy pool area contribute to an un-crowded feeling when staying at the Meridian.	US$ RENTAL RATES:

50% Deposit required to confirm all reservations.
Deposits are refundable with 60 days notice (Dec 16 - Apr 30) and Refundable with 30 days notice (May 1 - Dec 15).
Check Out time is 11AM; Check-in Time is 4PM

Personal cheques accepted for deposit only- Balance of rental charged to card upon arrival.
