Deposit Requirements
Up to and including three days rental- full payment due at booking
Four or more days rental- 50% due at booking. Balance due on arrival.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations or changes are accepted at no penalty if received prior to sixty (60) days before arrival. Deposit, less any credit card charges, will be refunded. A full refund is available if a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) is predicted in the duration of your stay.
