When we receive rental inquiries for larger families, multiple
families, weddings, etc-- we often put together adjacent villas
to accommodate. The largest single villa on the island is Cayman
Castle in the East End-- and that sleeps only 18 (12 adults
maximum). We sometimes have to get creative to make it all work.
*The CI Dept of Tourism has
strict occupancy limits for their licensed villas, regardless of
whether you think you can fit your family or not. exceeding the
occupancy limits on all these villas risks eviction with no
refund and no questions.
