Northern Lights
- is located on the Northside of the
island just east of Old Man Bay. With 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths;
Northern Lights 2 story condos can
accommodate a small family easily. Northern lights also happens to have an awesome snorkeling reef
within 50 yds of the waters edge. While there are 10 units built;
only 2 units rent to tourists and so the large oceanfront pool is
rarely crowded. The other units are privately owned and not lived in
full-time (except the manager's unit).
10' ceilings, Corian counters, central air-conditioning make these villas very comfortable. On-premises manager is a large benefit as well. Heavy landscaping around the pool/beach with zoysia lawn and stepping stones to beach. Plenty of off-street parking. Northern Lights is also within 1/2 mile of Cayman Sands (4-5BR) for a very large family vacation/wedding (18-22 people) needing extra accommodations. |
