For each property I put together a hyperlinked "key"

that I send the guests at the 60 point when they pay in full. It offers them directions, final files (concierge-type things), dining, activity and insurance links. This is also where I include specific instructions from the owners regarding special features of their home-- things to watch out for, tips for the snorkeling behind the house, nuances and quirks--

If the house also uses a combination doorlock-- here is where I put it-- The pages do not have titles/tags or descriptions--so they are not indexed on the website (they aren't public). I send the "keys" to the client so that they have everything ahead of time and can ask all the questions of me before they hit the island. It also reiterates the address, phone number and managers name and phone number (as well as mine).

Ecstasea is simple to find and easy to live in-- House Number is 1440 Rum Point Drive; Phone is 345-947-1995

The manager (Barbara Whittaker 947-9505 or 925-3278) will have the keys with Cayman Villas (for work hours arrivals during the week) or at the AVIS rental counter (after work or on holidays and weekends) . When you leave-- please leave the keys on the counter and lock the house after you--

First things first-- you needs the keys. Go right to the Cayman Villa office just outside the airport where we will have your keys waiting. Just pull in underneath the covered entrance in the photo below and either Penny, Juliet or Caoire ("Keira") will assist.

If you are arriving on the weekend or after working hours-- please check the AVIS rental car counter for your keys-- they will have them there-- Their offices are right across the street from the airport--and there are carts at baggage claim you can use to transport luggage--OR-- just send someone to pick up the keys and the cars and drive back to pick you up at the arrival gate (they have seating outside as well as cover).
