island just about 1 mile east of the Rum Point Club.
The 4BR/3BA brightly decorated villa is a Caribbean one-story
style with vaulted ceilings. Lots of oceanfront glass windows and
doors let the views in, while the Casuarina & palm trees keep the house and
backyard cooler. The oceanfront pool & beach are very private.
Coconut Beach is deceptively large with about 3,000 square feet of living space and plenty of private views of the ocean. Deep & wide (300'+) private lot offers exceptional privacy for backyard games, shell collecting and snorkeling behind the house inside the reef. Coconut Beach is within walking distance (less than 100 yds.) of 3BR Parrot-ise or 5BR Reef Romance should you need extra accommodation. The Driftwood is about a 5 minute walk. |
